Through their secure app, patients connect with a full-time care team for Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT), including Suboxone prescriptions often available same-day, along with therapy and ongoing support. Their Family Navigators provide one-on-one support and help connect families to community resources, including those addressing mental health and substance use disorder.
